| Great News:
Nepal is now a much safer place to visit and
to travel around since the peace accord between the government
and the Maoists was finally signed in November 2006. One of
the first beneficiaries was the 32nd BRINOS "Ear Camp"
who were in-country and were able to treat more patients,
owing in part to the Nepalis feeling more free to travel.
Congratulations to BRINOS
In Spring 2007 BRINOS was awarded a grant
from the BMA Humanitarian Fund (joint with the BMA, Royal
College of Nursing and Department of Health), which will cover
the costs of the November Ear Camp.
